About Jay Razon
While I was pleased to have the opportunity to be able to live and manage a business in Vancouver, after working 6 years for the Philippine Goverment and 21 years for the US Government, I feel  blessed and honored to be able to do some work for the community. Hoping my work will make a difference in peoples lives.

Jay Razon, is Surrey based businessman, sports organizer, community activist, and retired Civil Engineer with 3 decades’ experience in the public, private and institutional sectors.

Jay finished two major degrees--BSCE in Mapua Institute Technology, Manila in 1980 and Licensed Vocational Nursing in Pacific Coast College, Sta, Ana, California in 1993.

Jay is a US-educated Master of Degree in Business Administration (MBA) graduate.

Ppresently a managing Partner of 604 Laneway Builders, LTD and CEO/ President of  IMJ Contracting, Jay' seeks to develop laneway housing around the region particularly in the cities of Vancouver and North Vancouver. 

Jay is considered a community activist. With only a few years living in Canada, he founded and became the founding President of Multicultural Sports Development Society (MSDS), and Filipino Plaza Society of BC (FPBC).  

Jay is also a board member of Filipino Canadian Construction Society (FCCS); Philippines Canada Trade Council; Surrey Philippines Independence Day Society and Canphil Golf Association.
